Wanted!
People needed for the Peacock Point water team

Our water system at the Point is an integral part of our community. It provides safe consumable water to the members for 6 months of the year.  Our water is tested twice daily and sent to the Ministry of Health once a week. This testing ensures we are providing safe potable water.

In order to maintain this system we need 2 people to commit to learning the water system with intent to take the Advanced Drinking Water certification. This certification is required for the Water Manager Position.

Training will provide the skills for water testing, water line repairs, pump repairs and complete knowledge of our water system.

Upon completion of the training you will be included in the monthly schedule. Your scheduled day pays $50.00. If you are called in to help with a water issue on your unscheduled day you receive $18.00 per hour.  All training is paid for by the Association.

Our water system is vital to our community and if we do not have people trained and certified to these positions we will lose our water system.

Any one interested in these opportunities are invited to contact Diane Reynolds at (905) 399-7444 or by email dianereynolds879@gmail.com.
Thank you,
PPCOA
